ORDER

The scope of the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner, dated 21.05.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 that the application of the petitioner has been considered in detail and the same is rejected vide order of the third respondent, dated 05.02.2016 and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
