Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State/R1.

2. Today, Ms.P.Parameswari, All Women Police Station, Srivilliputhur, is present before this Court.

3. On the complaint given by Rajeswari, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.34/2013 and after completing the investigation filed a chargesheet in C.C.No.135/2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Srivilliputhur against Selvaraj and others for offences under Sections 498(A), 323 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accused filed Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.4998/2015 for quashing the chargesheet in C.C.No.135/2014, which has been dismissed by this Court as early as 22.09.2015. Even thereafter, the adjudication in C.C.No.135/2014 shows that from 04.01.2016 to 02.06.2017, the said proceeding is stayed by the High Court.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Srivilliputhur is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.135/2014 expeditiously.
