Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to pay the service surrender Leave Salary amount of Rs.1,02,833/- payable to the petitioner for the period from 2009 to 2015 together with 18 percent interest from the date of his retirement i.e., 30.6.2015 to till the dae of payment and all other attendant benefits to him within the Stipulated period. 3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation made by the respondents, it is open to him to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
