[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her son viz., Regupathy before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenu has eloped with the minor girl and Habeas Corpus Petition has also been filed to secure her presence and a case has been registered against the detenu for the offence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
under Section 366 of I.PC.
