Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate order based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct an enquiry based on the representation/application of the Petitioner, dated 30.03.2021.

2.Heard Mr.K.Chinraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.In the considered view of this Court,the nature of relief that has been projected by the Petitioner requires to be considered only by a competent Civil Court and respondents 1 to 6 will not have any role to play in this matter. The Petitioner is virtually challenging certain documents which was executed in the year 2006. 4.According to the Petitioner, these documents were executed fraudulently by a person who had no right or title over the property.

If the Petitioner is really aggrieved by the same, the same should have been challenged at the appropriate time and it is not known as to why the Petitioner has chosen to wait for so many years and ultimately, give a representation in the year 2021 to respondents 1 to 6 to conduct an enquiry. No useful purpose will be served in issuing any directions to the respondents 1 to 6. 5.In view of the above, this Court does not find any merit in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
