PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action to expeditiously conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.A6/7094/2024 pending on the file of 3rd respondent and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on its own merits within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.A6/7094/2024 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is presently holding a joint patta and is seeking issuance of a separate patta. It was further stated that proceedings have already been initiated by the fourth respondent/Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.A7/9196/2024. Subsequently, the third respondent issued a communication in Na.Ka.No.A6/7094/2024 to the fourth respondent, calling for a report regarding the petitioner's application. According 2/5

to the petitioner, this communication was issued in complete disregard of the earlier report submitted by the fourth respondent on 20.12.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A7/9196/2024. Thereafter, the fourth respondent once again issued a letter to the Revenue Inspector, directing submission of a report through proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A7/9124/2025 dated 14.07.2025.

3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts, this Court directs the respondents to conclude the proceedings pending on the file of the 3rd respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
