Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2016. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2016 (*)after providing opportunities to the respondents 3 to 5, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.
