This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to construct a house by the petitioner in S.No.B-2-29/4, B-2/28-2 Vadasery Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the respondent police 3 and 4 are the parents of the first petitioner and there appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, no order as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted. It is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the civil Court.
