ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a complaint inter alia alleging that water facility provided for drinking is used for some other purposes clandestinely by using HP motors. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made on both sides and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending from 28.02.2018, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2018, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
