O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide police protection with regard to S.No.21/2 situated at Ayyoor Village, Alanganallur Sub Division, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that there are two suits pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.165/2010 and O.S.No.172/2011. That apart, on the complaint given by the third respondent, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.109/2016 against the petitioner for offences under Sections 379 and 506(i) IPC and Section 21(2) and 23 of the Mines and Minerals Act.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has also given a complaint against the third respondent.
