PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 791 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2020 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. @ into Section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.791 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that the A6 has been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.339 of 2020 on 25.06.2020. The petitioner and other accused assembled unlawfully and pelted stones at the defacto complainant for the previous motive. The defacto complainant suffered serious injuries and died three days later. Then, the FIR was altered.
