This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
