[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Jeyashree, D/o.Jeganathan, aged about 25 years and his daughter 11 months old baby [name not known], before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu, along with the infant child, is produced before this Court by the second respondent police. The detenu is accompanied by her brother. She informs of being at parental home on her own volition. She further informs that she suffered cruelty at the hands of the petitioner, her husband and she is not willing to go with the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has been informed of the above position. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed, leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies, if any, in a manner known to law.
