Petition filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. Pleased to extend time for further period of one week to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.606 of 2011 on the file of the Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Prayer in C.R.P.(MD)No.606 of 2011:- Civil Revisioin Petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. Against the fair and decreetal order dated 17.02.2011 made in I.A.No.611 of 2009 in O.S.No.114 of 2004 by the Sub Court, Thoothukudi.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for the Petitioner and M/s.LAKSHMI GOPINATHAN, Advocate for M/s.POLEX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, Advocate for First Respondent and MR.A.Rajaram, Advocate for the Third Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition is only to extend the time for payment of cost that was stipulated by this Court earlier, by order, dated 15.04.2019.

2.The civil revision petition was allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench. Since the cost is not paid within the time, this petition is filed. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has narrated the facts explaining the reasons for non payment of cost within the time. This Court is convinced with the reasons.
