On the complaint given by one Gopal, the respondent police conducted a preliminary enquiry and issued a notice dated 22.03.2017 to the first petitioner herein calling upon him to appear for an enquiry on 28.03.2017. Challenging which this petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.A.Raghunathan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The notice has been issued for the appearance of the first petitioner on 28.03.2017 and now we are in 23rd June 2017. On this short score alone this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The first petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and take part in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
