The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned notice dated 06.03.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the termination of contract. Since the parties have entered into tripartite agreement by replacing the earlier agreement, the writ petition has become infructuous.
