ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.407 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner's daughter and her husband for huge dowry, the petitioner's daughter was thrown away from the matrimonial home. During enquiry before All Woman Police Station, the defacto complainant who is an advocate accompanied the petitioner's daughter's husband, scolded the petitioner and her daughter by using filthy language in front of the Inspector of Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case and she is an innocent person. Hence, she prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has no previous case and no one sustained injury in the alleged offence.

6.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
