O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report in Crime No.90 of 2017 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Taking into account the nature of the allegations made in the F.I.R., this Court cannot direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2017 in a time bound manner. 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2017 expeditiously and to file either final report or closure report, as the case may be, after due intimation to the petitioner.
