2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.273 of 2016, on 05.11.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., read with Section 3 (i)(r) and 3(i)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015.
