This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the second respondent to disburse the retirement benefits and gratuity to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is simply directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
