ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the first respondent to revoke the suspension of the petitioner and reinstate him in the post of Reserve Sub-Inspector of Police, Armed Reserve, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2023.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is simply directing the respondents to consider and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
