This petition is filed to call for the records of FIR, in Crime No.152 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same, as against the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, the 1st respondent police has filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur and it was not taken, on file.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, shall take the final report on file and assigned a number. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
