ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 99 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsels appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 8 and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsels appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 8 have no objection in allowing this Petition.

4. In view of the Respondent Nos.6,7 & 9 are concerned, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has already filed a memo on 04.09.2025 seeking to dispense with the notice to the Respondent Nos.6,7 & 9. This Court recorded the memo and dispense with the notice to the Respondent Nos.6,7 & 9.

5. For the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay of 99 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
