Heard Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the monetary and service benefits available to the petitioner under G.O.Ms.No.90, School Education, dated 09.05.2018 and G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Dept., dated 22.03.1993.
4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.05.2018, in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in R.A.No.227 of 2015 reported in (2017) 2 MLJ 257 (FB) [Government of Tamil Nadu, rep. by the Secretary, School Education Department, Fort.St.George, Chennai-600 009 and others Vs. G.Eswaran and others] and also in G.O.Ms.No.90, School Education Department, dated 09.05.2018 and G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Dept., dated 22.03.1993 respectively, and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
