This Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, has been filed challenging the docket order dated 07.03.2024 in I.A. No. 2 of 2024 in O.S. No. 24 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court' for short). The 1/4

parties are hereinafter referred to as per their description in the suit in O.S. No. 24 of 2024 before the Trial Court for the sake of clarity and convenience. 2.

Heard Mr. R.Balakrishnan, Learned Counsel for the First Defendant and Mr. VP.Kamal Dayalan, Learned Counsel for the Second Defendant and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 3.

This Civil Revision Petition challenges the order dated 07.03.2024 in which the Trial Court had ordered notice and not granted any interim order. The Trial Court has not passed any final decision on the application for temporary injunction. Though it has been observed that no prima case does not exist, the same shall not be an impediment or influence of the Court to decide the matter afresh on merits and in accordance with law. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 21.01.2026 Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No Indu 2/4
