The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.171 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner and the trial in C.C.No.171 of 2018 has been proceeded and the main witnesses have also been examined.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.171 of 2018. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
