ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.10.2017 for the offence under Section 120(b), 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 324 and 302 of I.P.C. in crime No.46 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, which was taken cognizance in S.C.No.48 of 2018 on the file of Additional District Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not aware of the fact that he is an accused in S.C.48 of 2018 on the file of Additional District Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam and hence, he could not able to appear before the Court for hearing. Therefore, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued as against the petitioner. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willful nor wanton and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Papanasam, Kumbakonam District; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
