ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.485 of 2020 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.485 of 2020 of D2 Sellur Police Station, Madurai District is underway and prayed for three months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.485 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
