ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb, based on the compliant dated 06.03.2020.
2. According to the petitioner, he is having a property situated in S.No.326/11 at Ganapathipatti Village, Singampuneri Taluk, Sivagangai District and taking advantage of the position that he is working at Valaparai Estate, the respondents 3 to 7 are disturbing the possession of the petitioner's property and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6782 of 2020 therefore, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 07.12.2019 and after enquiry, the same was closed. Thereafter, on 06.03.2020 when the petitioner came to visit his property, the respondents 3 to 7 have abused the petitioner with filthy language and also threatened him. Hence, the petitioner preferred a further complaint against the respondents 3 to 7 on 06.03.2020. However, till date no action has been taken against the respondents 3 to 7. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file the present petition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that second respondent has received a complaint from the petitioner with the allegations of criminal intimidation and after enquiry, it came to know that the allegations made by the petitioner in the complaint are false. Therefore, the petitioner was directed to approach the appropriate civil Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to file a necessary petition for injunction as against the respondents 3 to 7 before the appropriate civil Court, if he so advised.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
