O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners by considering the representations dated 25.02.2020 and 16.03.2020 within the period that may be stimulated 1/3
by this court.
2.It is seen from the records that there are so many allegations in the complaint made by the petitioner. The third respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same, as all the allegations are civil in nature.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 8 would submit that a civil suit is pending between them and HR&CE Department.
4.It is seen from the records, there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and HR&CE Department and therefore police protection cannot be considered. However, the petitioners are at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint, before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The second respondent also directed to monitor the enquiry to be conducted by the third respondent and ensure that the third respondent comply with the directions issued by this Court.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
