Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the Kudhirai Eduppu Festival of Arulmigu Sree Ayyanar Temple at Avanathankottai, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, scheduled on 13.07.2015 from 11.00 a.m., to 3.00 p.m., based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the Kudhirai Eduppu Festival of Arulmigu Sree Ayyanar Temple at Avanathankottai, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, scheduled on 13.07.2015 from 11.00 a.m., to 3.00 p.m., based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice the Joint Commissioner of HR&CE, Amma Mandabam, Srirengam, Trichy District is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2015.

4.Though the Joint Commissioner of HR&CE, Amma Mandabam, Srirengam, Trichy District is not a party in this writ petition, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the Joint Commissioner of HR&CE, Amma Mandabam, Srirengam, Trichy District is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rival party. The above said decision will be taken on or before 13.07.2014.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
