ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 29.09.2022 to cancel the patta issued to the fifth respondent. The said representation of the petitioner was forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent, by proceedings dated 07.10.2022. The petitioner was waiting for necessary enquiry to be conducted by the second respondent and however, no progress was made. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent dated 16.12.2024.
2. The petitioner only seeks for limited direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry based on his representation dated 16.12.2024, seeking cancellation of alleged forged patta issued to the fifth respondent.

In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to conduct and enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It shall be open to the first respondent to get necessary report from the second respondent.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
