It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2016.

Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
