This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, which was taken on file as C.C.No.303 of 2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
