This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners in view of forcing them to vacate their residences on the basis of the complaint given by one Prabakaran and his men which is purely civil in nature.

2. Mr.M.Uthayan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Cumbum North Police Station, Theni District is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioners, the 3rd respondent police conducted an enquiry in CSR No.28 of 2017 and the same was closed on 25.02.2017.
