3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing respondents to cause fresh enquiry and inspection of location of premises of petitioner and reconsider his application for grant of FL2 license by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2018.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
