COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue necessary orders to implement the tender bid by the petitioners on 07.07.2014 for the Shop Nos.4, 5 and 3 respectively.

For Petitioner : Mr.B.Anandan in both W.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, 1 to 3 and 5 in both W.Ps.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the fourth respondent to issue necessary orders to implement the tender bid by the petitioners on 07.07.2014 for Shop Nos.4, 5 and 3 respectively.

2.The case of the petitioners is that they have become successful bidders in the auction conducted by the fourth respondent for shop Nos.4, 5 and 3, situates in Kumbakonam Bus Stand. After allotting the shops, no orders are issued, confirming the said tender. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court.

3.Since the issue involved in both these writ petitions, is one and the same, they are taken up for hearing together and disposed of by this common order.

4.Heard both sides.

5.The prayer in the writ petitions is to implement the tender bid dated 07.07.2014. The tender is for the the period 2014-2017 and the said period is over.

6.In view of the same, these writ petitions are disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to participate in the future tenders, if any. No costs.
