O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the second and third respondents to grant police protection to the petitioner's fiance (bridegroom) life and limb and also to take all precautionary measure to avoid and untoward incident on the date of her marriage (i.e.,) on 03.06.2018 to be held on Madesia Hall, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner is on the verge of

disturbing the conduct of the petitioner's marriage (i.e.,) on 03.06.2018, due to family disputes and therefore, the petitioner wants police protection to her fiance (bridegroom) life and limb and also to take all precautionary measures to avoid an untoward incident on the date of her marriage.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the father of the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station for enquiry and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Vacation Officer.
