ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct immediate enquiry into Crime No.400 of 2009 registered on the file of the respondent police and to file final report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the First Information Report in Crime No.400 of 2009 was already closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur as time barred.
