ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.29 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and quash the same in respect of the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The son of petitioners 1 and 2, is the husband of the respondent and the other petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.29 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, in respect of the petitioners.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, as and when required. Consequently the connected Crl.M.P(MD).No.10818 of 2016 is closed.
