When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submits that they have conducted petition enquiry and the same was closed as civil in nature.

2.Therefore, giving such liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court for relief and thereafter, approach the police depending on the order/decree of the Civil Court.
