ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and it was closed.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been conducted and it was closed, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
