(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) Challenge is to the E-Auction Sale Notice dated 02.03.2023 issued by the respondent bank.
2.Mr.R.Pandivel, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent bank. He would submit that yesterday was the last date for submitting the bids and the bank has not received any bid till yesterday. Hence, the impugned notice itself has become infructuous. 3.Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
