ORDER

Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the respondents 4 to 6 to admit the daughters of the petitioner namely AL.Subasree and AL.Nithyasree in the fourth respondent school for sixth standard by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 10.05.2018, 22.05.2018 and 25.05.2018.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the fifth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 10.05.2018, 22.05.2018 and 25.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties if any, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
