This application is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that in this matter, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Magistrate and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.932 of 2016 and the accused pleaded guilty and paid the fine amount.
