This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his representation dated 28.05.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6827 of 2020 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the enquiry was conducted, based on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed on 10.07.2020.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
