The plaintiffs in O.S.No.132 of 2024, on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Palani, have filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024, which was filed by them for the relief of interim injunction.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed for the relief of declaration that certain documents as null and void and for consequential permanent injunction. Along with the plaint, the plaintiffs have filed I.A.No.1 of 2024, seeking interim injunction. In the said application, the defendants have filed a counter on 22.10.2024 and it is being adjourned from 08.11.2024 onwards atleast on four occasions, for conducting enquiry.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, they have filed I.A.No.4 of 2024 to implead a third party to the injunction application, on the ground that he has purchased the property pending suit. In such circumstances, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024.

4. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 on or before 30.06.2025 and thereafter, proceed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 on or before 31.08.2025. 2/4
