This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering the civil dispute.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner against one Sivaraman, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed. Similarly, on the complaint given by Sivaraman, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
