PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025 regarding removal of encroachments made by the respondents 6 and 7 on the road and bridge in Survey No.1454 situated at Sri Anjaneyar Nagar, Vasavi Colony via., Palanichettipatty, Theni District within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and pass suitable orders on his representation dated 21.02.2025 regarding removal of the encroachments made by the respondents 6 and 7 on the road and bridge in Survey No.1454 situated at Sri Anjaneyar Nagar, Vasavi Colony via., Palanichettipatty, Theni District.

3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and submits that the land in question is the private patta land. 4.Notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed as against them.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for the official respondents, since the land in question is the private patta land, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the competent civil forum for appropriate relief. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
