ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.7(vi) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2724 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025.

2. Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 1/3

submits that the respondent may take vengeance against the petitioners and their parents are residing in Madurai for taking treatment. Hence, they are unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2724 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.7(vi) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.7 (vi) of the order in the said petition and the petitioners shall report before the District Forest Officer, Theni daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. To this extent, this petition is ordered.
